These terms and conditions relate to your usage of the websites www.morriganltd.com, www.tomjoe.com, www.lesliegerry.com and the purchase of products within. By using this website, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated. Do not use the website if you disagree with any of the terms.

Registering/Customer Accounts

When registering a customer account on the website, please ensure that the details entered are both your own, and accurate. We will not accept any responsibility for issues arising from incorrect account details.

Please take care not to share your account login details with any 3rd parties. We will not accept responsibility for any issues or costs resulting from unauthorized access to your account.  

If you suspect that someone has gained access to your account, please contact us immediately via the “Contact Us” section of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer account at our own complete discretion.

Ordering

A confirmation email is sent to the customer once an order is placed, this does not constitute Morrigan’s acceptance of the order.

An order has only been accepted once the email indicating dispatch has been sent. 

The total order cost must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Product unavailability

If a product is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to amend your order accordingly.

Pricing

The prices shown on the website product pages are inclusive of VAT, and represent what you will be charged.

All prices stated on the website are in GBP. Customers can pay using their domestic currency using the 3rd party payment providers, namely PayPal and WorldPay. A total price for the order in your domestic currency is only shown upon reaching the 3rd party payment page. Morrigan Ltd has no control over currency exchange rates applied.

Pricing Errors

Occasionally, mistakes are made on pricing.

Should a product with a pricing error be ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to accept the product at the correct price, or amend the order accordingly. We are not under obligation to honour the price listed at time of ordering.

If you decide to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued immediately. Please note, this may take a few days to appear in your account.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled at any point up until the dispatch email is sent. Once an order has been dispatched, you must revert to our returns policy.

Delivery Estimates

We cannot provide any guarantees for the delivery of an order on or before a stated date. Estimates shown on our website are provided by our trusted couriers. We do not accept any responsibility for losses incurred because of a late delivery.  

Returned Order

Should a parcel be returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, the customer will be liable to pay any redelivery costs. Alternatively, we can refund the cost of the order, less any delivery costs to us.

Returns Policy

Should you no longer need a purchased product, we are happy for you to return the product for a full goods refund, provided the following conditions have been met:

You have informed us of your intention to return a product.

The product is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

The product has not been used.

The product, and packaging, are in perfect resalable condition, upon arrival in our warehouse.

The product is not bespoke

Please note, the customer is liable to pay any return postage charges.

You will receive a refund within 14 days of the goods arriving in our warehouse. The refund may be less any damages.

The amount refunded for shipping costs will be per the most basic delivery method.

Defective Goods

If your order contains a faulty product, we must be informed within 3 days of order receipt. We will require the customer to provide images of any reported damage. In certain circumstances, we may need the damaged product returned for inspection, prior to refund.

We will refund or replace all faulty products. 

Website Content

Accuracy of product photos and descriptions 

We always try and make our product images and descriptions as accurate to the real product as we can, but this is not always possible.

Product Colour: The actual product colour may differ slightly from what is shown on your computer or mobile display. Every electronic display shows colours in a slightly different way, so it is impossible for us to get them entirely accurate.

Product shape and size: The shape of the product may differ slightly to what is shown on our website.

 The sizes stated in our description are correct to the best of our knowledge, however, as there can be discrepancies, we allow a 5% tolerance in stated product details.

The packaging shown on the website may vary from what you receive.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, trademarks and copyright contained on the site are owned by Morrigan Ltd. No content from our website can be used for any personal, non-personal or commercial reasons, without the express written permission of Morrigan Ltd.

Should Morrigan Ltd give you permission to use content from the website, the content should not be amended in anyway. 

Links on website

Sometimes, we link to external websites in the interest of providing enriched content. Morrigan Ltd does not review or endorse any content found on these external websites, and does not accept any responsibility for issues arising from using these external websites.

Limitation of liability

Although we try to make all information as accurate as possible, we do not offer any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied. We will only be liable for the refunding of goods purchased, and shipping costs charged at point of checkout. We are not liable for any losses, to business, goodwill/reputation, or any unforeseeable indirect losses.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
