We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us and provide a valid tracking link or tracking number.
Please note that returns sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
